Oak Wilt Specialists Aquires OakRx
In November of 2009, our company acquired the assets of OakRx. John Gurasich (the former owner of OakRx) has moved on to a new venture.
Oak Wilt Specialists of Texas is the premier Oak Wilt company in Texas. We have professionaly served Central Texas since 1999. We have a dedicated and talented staff that includes five ISA Certified Arborists.
The result of this acquisistion is a stronger, larger organization dedicated to better serving all of our customers. The combined company now has two rock saw trenching machines. The allows for much quicker response and less maintenance related down time.
OakRx did not offer tree injection services, Oak Wilt Specialists has over 10 years experience in this area. This means that all of the OakRx customers now have access to both trenching and injections with the same company.
Our service area has now expanded to include those areas to the north where OakRx was located.
